The vision of Full Circle Rescue is quite simple; We are striving to decrease the overpopulation of abandoned and homeless pets through spay and neuter clinics, education, advocacy, and adoption. Education surrounding pet ownership, proper animal care, nutrition, and animal safety.  We advocate for better animal welfare laws; for better legislation, and for the ethical treatment of dogs and all animals. We strive to stop the misuse of dogs for financial gains through puppy mills and backyard breeders. To advocate for the highest standards in rescues that operate in Ontario, North America and abroad.  We take our roles and responsibilities for each and every dog seriously, and ensure that we are finding the absolute best matched homes and families for our dogs.
