All dogs placed through FULL CIRCLE RESCUE will have up to date vaccinations and be spayed or neutered prior to placement unless a medical condition exists, diagnosed by a veterinarian, that would prevent this surgery. As a volunteer foster, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures. I understand that I will be volunteering at my own risk and that the rescue, its Board of Directors, other volunteers, and affiliates, cannot be held accountable or assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any volunteer fostering I perform for the rescue. I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward. I understand that dogs requiring foster are from shelters, and unfortunate situations and will need time to decompress. I understand that there may be no dog available for fostering at this time. I further understand that all information on my Preliminary Rescue Foster Application will be kept confidential; that my application will be kept on file until I notify FULL CIRCLE RESCUE that I am no longer interested in a rescue; and that I will not be contacted unless an appropriate dog becomes available.
