Chewy is a sweet, calm soul who’s crate-trained, house-trained, and absolutely adores her crate—often choosing to relax there on her own. She’s also wonderfully polite—no jumping on people or other pets, just quiet companionship and love.
She’s great with babies and older kids, and while she coexists peacefully with other dogs, she tends to keep to herself and prefers the company of her human fosters. She’s not one for roughhousing—she just wants to be near her people.
Chewy can be a bit shy and may cower when meeting new people, but once she’s comfortable, her affectionate side shines through. She’ll gladly soak up your love and pets.
She’d enjoy a walk or two a day to stretch her legs and take in the smells, but after that, she’s perfectly happy to chill independently. A quieter home—perhaps with an older couple or someone who enjoys a peaceful lifestyle—would be the perfect match for her calm and gentle personality.
