Say Hello to Juju (Ju-Hwang)!
She is a sweet, sensitive, and incredibly affectionate girl who has blossomed beautifully in foster care. She is calm, gentle, and intelligent, adapting well to both people and dogs, and she’s quickly learning how wonderful it feels to be loved, cuddled, and part of a home.
Juju enjoys a predictable routine, loves her walks, and is happiest spending time outside exploring or running around the backyard. She walks well on leash but has a strong prey drive for squirrels and small critters, so attentive handling is important. She knows “sit,” “paw,” and “wait,” and is currently working on “lay down.” Juju is still learning to feel safe in her crate, likely due to her long transport flight, so she may be most comfortable resting outside of it.
Her foster believes she would thrive in almost any household - family or single person - as long as she has regular outdoor time, mental stimulation, and a fenced backyard to enjoy. Her foster describes her as one of the sweetest, calmest dogs they’ve ever met, incredibly smart, full of potential, and deeply loving. Juju has come so far in understanding what it means to be cherished, and anyone who meets her instantly falls in love with her gentle energy and adorable personality.
