Hi, my name is Leo and I'm excited to meet you!
Leo has made the long journey from Korea and has settled in with his new foster family in Canada. Leo does well with his foster parents' kids and would do well with older kids who respect his space. He loves his foster fur siblings and is learning lots about how to be a dog - he would do well with a home with other dogs but could be a single home dog as well. He is affectionate and will allow pets and being handled. He is cautious when meeting new people but adapts fairly quickly. Leo does well in the car and loves to tag along when he can. His ideal day would include lots of outdoor time and lots of snuggles afterward. His ideal home would be someone who can walk and play with him every day, take him along on adventures as much as possible, and make him part of the family!
Leo is currently being potty and crate-trained. He is showing some signs of separation anxiety within his crate and can be vocal when left alone. He is a velcro dog and loves to stay by his person's side. He has also shown some signs of food possession when it comes to high value bones, around his fur siblings in which he is improving with the guidance of his foster family. He shows no signs of being toy-possessive and plays extremely well with other dogs. He would benefit from more training and confidence building. Leo is extremely food motivated and eager to learn which makes working on his training much easier. Leo can't wait to find his furever home!
