Merci came to Full Circle Rescue from our shelter partner in Mexico. When she was found, she would not let shelter staff near her and was very fearful. They investigated and eventually were able to get her into the Shelter. Merci had mange and was mal nourished, however she received the necessary care and treatment that she needed. Once she became healthy, she boarded the final mercy flight to Canada so she could find her forever home!
Merci is a loyal, and affectionate dog. She is currently fostered with other fur-siblings and is friendly with other dogs as well. Merci is a quiet dog whose favorite pastime is cuddling next to her favorite humans. Merci is happy to lounge outside in the shade on her own, but can also be energetic. Merci is house-trained and will require a slow-feeder for eating.
Merci's ideal home would be with a loving and active family that has a house or apartment with a backyard, or access to green spaces in the vicinity where she can be taken out for playtime and exercise.
