MoMo is a 3 year-old, 12-pound sweetheart who is just beginning to discover how wonderful life can be. She’s a gentle, loyal little dog with a goofy side that’s starting to shine as she grows more comfortable in her surroundings.
MoMo thrives on structure and routine. She loves being close to her people—whether that’s curling up nearby or simply hanging out in the same room. While she used to need constant closeness, she’s becoming more independent every day, which has been amazing to watch.
She has a playful streak too! MoMo enjoys running around with toys and even gets along well with cats—she currently lives with one and they interact nicely. She hasn’t had close interactions with other dogs yet, so slow introductions would be important.
MoMo is still learning about the big world outside. New noises and environments can be scary for her, but she’s making steady progress with patience and encouragement. She’s begun exploring nearby areas, sniffing around, and building confidence little by little. Because of this, she would do best with a calm, patient adopter who understands that she’ll need continued support to feel safe outdoors.
She is currently working on house training and does best when taken out regularly and rewarded for success. She’s comfortable spending short periods in her crate, which is also where she sleeps at night.
MoMo already knows several commands like sit, stay, come, and she’s very food motivated—making her a great candidate for continued training.

MoMo may have had a limited past, but she’s proving every day that she’s ready to embrace a loving future. With time, kindness, and reassurance, she’s going to blossom into an incredibly devoted companion.
