Have you been searching for something to nourish your soul? To increase your heart health? To bring comfort and an overall boost to your wellbeing and enjoyment of life? No, we’re not talking about switching up your breakfast routine, we’re suggesting adding OAT to your life!

Oat is a cheerful, playful pup and easily bonds with new people. She is the smartest girl, going from pee pad trained prior to coming into Full Circle Rescue to outdoor potty trained in only two days! Oat has also mastered “sit”, “shake a paw”, and “lay down” commands. With continued training this smart girl has the possibility of becoming your trick master! Being a young pup, she continues to work on her leash manners as she is very intrigued by squirrels and other dogs while out on walks. She is also captivated by all the new smells and experiences while walking, so your walks will need to include time for her to explore and sniff around. Oat adores meeting new people and, being the affectionate lady that she is, lets all humans approach and pat her.

In her foster home, she loves staying close to her foster parent and enjoys playtime together - especially tug-of-war! A future adopter with a fenced in backyard would be ideal so that she can have lots of time to play her favourite game of fetch. Once she gets her zoomies and playfulness out, Oat settles in her foster home relaxing and napping her day away. Although she does not have your typical puppy energy, she does thrive on attention and companionship, so her future adopter will need to be one who wants to spend as much time with their new addition as possible. At bedtime, Oat settles in her crate after a few minutes, and sleeps all night long in her safe space, dreaming of her next morning of fun and adventure.

Could Oat be the missing ingredient in your life? Apply to see if it could be a recipe for success!
