I am a smart, affectionate, independent, and easygoing lady who thinks adventures are the absolute best part of the day - especially hiking! I’ve also been told I’m a bit of an old soul. I’m calm, thoughtful, and very content just enjoying life beside my people, whether that means being out exploring or relaxing peacefully at home. While my leash manners could still use some improvement, I do have very reliable recall and thrive while exploring forest trails. Car rides are neat too because they take me to new places to explore!
As a guest, I’m house and crate trained. Although, I’m such a good lady that I really don’t need my crate at all! I’m happy to sleep in my chair or out on the deck while you’re at work or busy doing your thing. I won’t bother you at all!
I currently live with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I think they’re pretty great, but I’ll take a pass on cats as roommates, please! I would also be perfectly happy as a solo girl, as long as my needs are met. A backyard to sniff around in and a place to suntan would be my ideal living situation. I have been around kids aged 7+ and did just fine, so if you’re a home with respectful children, that’s okay with me too!
