Tori is a spunky, little boy with a great personality! He is both playful and cuddly, curious and friendly. Tori loves playing with toys that encourage his senses, like snuffle mats, treat filled Kongs, and puzzle toys. Tori has been successfully treated for Heartworm prior to coming to Canada, and has been using these toys to help keep him stimulated and engaged. While recovering, he hasn't been able to play with furry friends, but has been excited and polite when meeting other dogs on leash on his walks. Although he has shown to be content with other dogs, Tori truly prefers to spend his time with his humans, soaking up all the love and attention given to him.
Tori would do best in a quiet, and calm home, as he can get over-excited when his environment gets too busy. Despite liking a tranquil place to lay his head, he does not startle with loud noises, and is a confident walker on the streets of Toronto. Tori is both crate and house trained, and has mastered "sit" while in his Foster home. Further training with this food motivated fellow would likely be a great experience for both adopters and him.
